01 Who we are

Ardi Living is a sole proprietorship based in Barcelona, Spain, operating as an official distributor of Karlik design switches, sockets and electrical accessories. Full company details are set out at the end of this page.

02 Products & quotes

We supply products from the Karlik collection, including the MINI and ICON ranges. Product images, colours and finishes are shown as accurately as possible, but slight variation between screen and physical product may occur.

Quotes provided by Ardi Living are based on the information you supply and are valid for the period stated in the quote. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until the order is confirmed and payment is received.

03 Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in euros (€) and, where indicated, include Spanish VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of purchase.

For orders shipped to businesses or destinations outside Spain within the EU, VAT treatment may differ in accordance with applicable regulations. Please contact us if you require a VAT invoice.

04 Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or where we are unable to verify payment.

05 Shipping & delivery

We ship throughout Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and other European Union countries. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email within a reasonable period of receipt so we can resolve it.

06 Right of withdrawal & returns

Consumers benefit from the rights provided under applicable European consumer legislation, including, where applicable, the right to withdraw from a purchase within the statutory period.

Certain made-to-order or specially configured products may be exempt from standard return rights in accordance with applicable regulations. Where a return is accepted, products must be returned unused and in their original condition.

07 Warranty

Karlik products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and by the legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable law. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear.

Electrical products must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with local regulations.

08 Liability

Ardi Living provides product advice and project support in good faith. Final responsibility for verifying product suitability, quantities and installation requirements rests with the customer and their installer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied.

09 Privacy

Ardi Living respects your privacy. Personal information is used solely for order processing, customer support, product delivery and legal administrative requirements. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

10 Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence within the EU remain unaffected.
